Why only a "10" rating? Because a "20" was not an option! My name is Bryan and my customer service experience with Crash Champions in Lombard, IL was nothing short of superb. As soon as the flatbed dropped-off my Ford Escape at Crash Champions, Jim and Chris immediately went to work. Jim explained the entire process to me and Chris kept me updated every step of the way. When some hidden damage was discovered, they were quickly on the phone with the adjuster for the necessary approvals. The repairs, which included suspension work and a 4-wheel alignment, were performed exactly to factory specs. When I picked up my car, Jim walked me around the vehicle to explain the repairs. Jim's crew even washed my car and cleaned the interior. Even though we all have to work and live in a COVID environment, I felt that my vehicle was totally cleaned and sanitized for my safety. Crash Champions, their staff and technicians "get" customer service!

We were promised car would be ready on New Years Eve but wasn’t finished until Monday Jan 4 . Parts that were shipped came in defective and with the holiday couldn’t get parts shipped back in time which is understandable .
