I would put a 10 but I didn’t revive as many updates about my car as I would have liked. They only reached out maybe 2-3 times in the month they had my car even though they told me they would call twice a week. In the future I would recommend not telling a customer you will reach out twice a week. Not a huge deal but it would save someone from expecting a call.
