It was a 10 because they did work on a brand new car we had but then the second car we sent in the craftsmanship wasn't that good

There was a lot of little issues with the quality of craftsmanship. The front desk lady took pictures of most of the issues we've noticed. For example I have a video of running my finger across the bumper touching the hood and they do not align and in some parts the bumper is lower and then another part it's a little higher
