I was frustrated with the inability to provide an accurate timeline from drop-off to pick-up, even when I asked for best- and worst-case scenarios. I was asked to drop the car off on Thursday but it was not moved to the shop until Monday, which resulted in 4 days of rental car expense that could have been avoided.
