It took a month to repair my truck. CC said it was GEICO, CEICO said it was CC. I have no way of knowing. The repairs look great and the interior was detailed, which I consider a wonderful gift.

I'd like to say thank you so much to the entire team at Crash Champions. I am very happy with my repairs, and I'd like to say thank you to whoever went above and beyond and turned off the warning noise my proximity sensor was making when my car is in reverse. That is truly the cherry on top. I really appreciate it, it was such an aggravating noise. Thank you so much!!!!

Poor communication, rude staff. Our car was dropped off and we never once received a call update, but instead had to call multiple times for any update. Was told it was being worked on at one point and then called the next week and was told it has not even been pulled in and started and that the other staff lied. Two and a half weeks it sat in the parking lot, when we could have gone somewhere else for better more timely service.Mike was rude over the phone informing us we could take it somewhere else. I would never recommend someone using this company after our terrible experience.
