Lots of problems. Check engine lights, plastic piece stuck in tire, paint spot unfinished, door doesn’t lock. Will be bringing it back again for the second time tomorrow.

I was given 3 incorrect date and times my car would be ready by. They said someone had a baby, the blizzard, and someone left work early on Friday so I was stranded away from home for an extra weekend. When I booked them it sounded like my car would be ready in a week and it took 18 days. I was also sad there wasn't a shorter window for the tow pickup. I thought it was weird they said my car might not be picked up for 4 days so I booked my own tow. When I did pick up my car the employees were super friendly and adjusted the trunk lid because it was a shim or 2 off centered. I took my car to the toyota dealer to see if it was ready to go to kc. Toyota said a bracket on my trunk was installed backwards and there was a lot of play in my trunk. I'll need to take it to a crash nearby to get the bracket installed correctly. The staff was friendly.

Crash champions gave me 3 incorrect estimate to complete times. What was supposed to he 1 week slid into 2.5 weeks and I was incurring additional away from home of state expenses by choosing crash champions. Then I took the car to the toyota dealership that said crash didn't put on my trunk correctly so I need to take it back to a different location.

These guys were great. I had great communication with the service advisor the whole time of my repair. He kept me updated on the progress they made along the way and they even finished my vehicle earlier than expected. Their work was amazing, it looks like nothing ever happened. Hopefully I don’t get into another accident, but if I do I’ll be using Crash Champions again. Thanks guys!
