I wish there was better communication between the dealer and crash champions. This was a recall paint issue. It was fully covered by the dealer. They dropped it off and eventually picked it up. I was glad to know where my car was. But also felt the pressure to pay for it and pick it up myself. I believe there was no communication at all. Also I’m dealing with a very stubborn sticky remnants of a tape substance that is on my car in several places. I have not been able to get it all off. Still looking to try others things to get it off. Any ideas please

Everyone I talked with was very pleasant. A little confrontational with Jessica who didn’t care about dealing with the dealer. Or having to move my car to Tigard. Again I say no communication between Tigard and wilsonville.
