The service was really good, Vanessa working at the desk was nice, respectful, etc. Was communicative how the process goes. Kelsie was also communicative about what was going on. I would give you guys 9.5. The reason I give you guys that is because of the confusion looking at the app. For the deadline. I understand you guys ordered the wrong parts. Things happened, but the application just through me off.
