Had asked Lindsay if OEM bumper wasn’t approved by USAA to contact me about the price difference for ORM, When I went to get my car today an After market bumper was put in as OEM on back order. My car was drivable and I would have waited for the OEM to become available but wasn’t given that option. 2022 Lexus 450H so not a new car but most expensive car I have ever owned. Now concerned about the value of my car. It seems to fit ok so that isn’t an issue at this time. Everyone was very nice and the tepair appears to be well done, thank you!!

Visibly perfect and I love the care instructions provided when I received my car. There were a cpuple oddities in that my speaker on the repair side was cutting in and out when I drove the car home, and the tire pressure warning came on after some ti e driving.

The single greatest customer care I have experienced. Everyone involved was kind, and their work with my insurance and enterprise made an inconvenient event of needing to repair my car as easy as I could imagine. beyond the basic car repair duties, Vanessa went above and beyond on the day I brought the car in - I was light headed from not eating for a while and she offered me a doughnut that was meant for the staff. I greatly appreciate the care shown to me. Y'all are great!

Got my car back yesterday, when I got there I couldn't believe how nice it looked. The damaged area was completely repaired and totally blended in with the rest of the car, there's no way to tell it was ever damaged. I was happily surprised to see the entire car had been cleaned and shined up. Thank you 😎
