Crash Champions is a very efficient and effective place to get any of your car repair needs done. A amazing staff to work with and the communication/ updates you receive are second to none. I’ve recommended them to friends and family and if you see this I wholeheartedly suggest choosing them. While I would’ve much rather preferred to not wreck the front end of my car and never meet them I’m beyond happy I chose them and now I know where to go whenever I need work done. If other locations are even half as good as the Garden City location you’ll be more than satisfied! Im mid. When I got my car back the 3rd time there is a tension cable for the hood latch that was broken, but Im exhausted going back to have repairs done right, especially for things that didnt need to be disturbed to do the job.

Vanessa and Josh were wonderful to work with. The GM and I spoke. I had a Lil attitude and apologized but he couldn't seem to let go of the reasons I had to keep bringing my car back. I felt like he had to have the last word.

Vanessa is a wonderful front desk person; efficient, kind, knowledgeable. The repair was taken care of expertly, and we got our brand new Ioniq, with less than 700 miles on it, back 5 days earlier than expected. This is the second time we’ve used Crash Champions in the past 3 months, and u hope we never have to use them again. But if we need collision repair in the future, we will go to CC!
