Front bumper is not the same (cheap quality ). New headliner visors are dirty ( grease stains ). Rear passenger side scratch on paint that was not there before . So called auto detail was a joke . All around unhappy customer .

There wasn't anything that could've been done better, every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. My car was done well before expected, and the crew was very helpful with navigating getting a rental and whatnot. 10/10, flawless.

We had an amazing experience with Crash Champions in Greeley. They were able to get us in quick for the estimate, they scheduled the repairs quickly and had my car in and out. The work they did on my vehicle looks absolutely incredible, dare I say better than when I bought it!

This is the first time I’ve ever had to make an insurance claim or go to a collision center to get my car repaired. What a great experience. Jessica was nothing if not professional and kind and really made the experience something I did not dread. I can’t tell you how much it means to have received the customer service I did in a situation that was incredibly stressful and upsetting! I will highly recommend crash champions in Greeley to anyone, and I will speak praises about the excellent customer service, and how we were treated. The actual work was great. But getting things going was painful. I felt like I had to do so much follow up to find out if pictures had been sent to the appraiser and if work was going to start. I should not have had to do that much leg work to get my repairs started. That was pretty frustrating.
