Just need to be better with communicating updates the only updates I got was from the insurance adjuster I got 1 email from Brady and a call from Todd when repairs were complete this was different than when repairs were done after an accident in December when Amanda was the Liaison as she updated me 1-2 times per week not really a big deal though
