I have been slow to respond to your requests for a review as I was not 100% satisfied with the duration my vehicle was in your shop. Let me qualify; I phoned in advance and asked how long my car would take to repair. I was told if I dropped it off on a Tuesday, it would take a few days to get the parts and a day to install; or about three to four days. I asked what can we do to expedite this and was told I could pay for the parts in advance, then it would only be about one to two days. I paid for my parts in advance, and waited a week until I was told they had arrived and I could drop off my car. When I dropped it off on Tuesday at noon, I was told it should be ready by the end of the day Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon came and went and I didn't hear from your shop. I texted the technician who was working on the car and didn't receive a response until almost noon on Thursday when I was told he didn't have the right parts but was going to pick them up from Littleton Ford, and the new ETA for my car was Friday afternoon. When I hadn't heard from your shop at the end of the day on Friday, I phoned and was told the car was finished, but you were closing and I couldn't pick it up until Monday. Then I was told the GM would meet me on Saturday at 1pm and I could get my car. The work was great, the repair meet my expectations, but my car was left outside overnight in the snow and had not been washed as promised. That was a little disappointing. The communication and the length it took to fix the car did not meet my expectations either. My expectation was set by your shop telling me if I prepaid for the parts it would only take a day or two to repair. I did that and it still took four plus days. That was four days without my car. That's why I'm giving you a 5 out of 10. I'd still bring my car back to your shop but I feel if you state something is only going to take a day or two, you should live up to that expectation. I'm not reviewing this on Yelp, I'm not posting my disappointment on any social media site. I'm only expressing it so hopefully someone at your shop recognizes you dropped the ball and you don't repeat this with other customers.

Carlos and the team at Crash Champions were amazing. He kept me informed of what was happening with my vehicle. When he couldn’t meet the timelines I wanted he was very understanding and apologetic. The truck looks amazing. I would use them again.

Amazing customer service. The only small nit was that occasionally the date of my truck returning would change, and they would not proactively call. But when i called, they were spot on. I would absolutely use them for any future body repairs.
