Carlos was great! He answered my questions and gave me updates on when my car was done. The automated texting option was not accurate with the date of completion, and I had to make a couple of phone calls to get an update.

They were very awesome and they’re wonderful people to work with. Chuck is an amazing person. The shuttle driver is awesome also. And the lady at the very front is awesome also. I would highly recommend going back there if you need to.

I’ve heard “I’ll call you back today” so many times and guess what? I’m never called back! I have to contact them. I changed the contact information so many times telling them not to bother my husband and they called him for everything. It’s my car! Why update the number if you don’t even look???
