The only advantage is that my insurance works with Quanz. Otherwise, I would take my car somewhere else.

The repair was fine, but there is a large crack in my windshield that has yet to be replaced. It has been a week since I received my car and l have nor received a phone call on the status of the windshield.

Noah has not returned my calls this week about the windshield replacement. Also, when I needed to switch to insurance rather than out of pocket, Quanz said it couldn’t be done. However, my insurance adjuster called and made it happen.

When the repair time came out to be twice as long as initially appraised I demanded that the car be prepared for me to pick it back up as I was not satisfied with this change of schedule. I was told that my car rental charges would be covered for the rental days exceeding the initial appraisal. However, while the time and mileage of the rental was covered, the insurance was not. This is wholly unacceptable.

After being given a repair-time estimate twice as long as the original estimate after dropping my car off, I demanded they give back my car. To convince me otherwise they promised to compensate my rental car charges for the days over the original assessment. However, they only covered rental time, not the insurance. When they promised to “cover the rental” I assumed that meant all costs associated with it and I don’t think it’s irrational to do so. Side note: the appraiser spent all of 30 seconds (if that) looking at my car. I had the same repair done by a previous shop (because reasons) and the appraiser spent 15 minutes looking at my car. Guess what, that shop got the appraisal time correct.

Automatic text messages made me leave work early multiple times just to find out my car wasn’t even started both Times when I called to the store they said I didn’t call and we didn’t talk on the phone when I have the call receipts just bad communication skills

Quality of repair was great! Communication was excellent! Car was clean upon pick up, however there was a vape wrapper left in the car. Also, I have a figurine on my dashboard which was obviously mishandled as it was very loose.
