The quality of my repair was excellent. However, I was not satisfied with this shop when it came to completion time. They were repeatedly advised that I was going to be without a car while my car was being repaired. When a 2-3 job turned into a 6-7 job, I was never advised of the delay until I called them. Even an insurance claim would not cover a rental for that long. I never once heard the word “sorry”.

Excellent craftsmanship and a super logistics group. Spent literally no time waiting past my appointment time to have the car looked at. Estimate was quick and a repair date proposed same day. Car was done ahead of schedule!

Everyone was always pleasant and helpful when we spoke, but the lack of communication was a bit frustrating at times. I would have to call for status updates, and when I was told that they would check on something and get back to me, either it took some time or I would end up calling back a day or two later to get the update.

There's a small scribble like scratch on my front hood. I'm not sure what was leaning against it but that wasn't there when I dropped it off. The initial repair to the side of the car looks great though..
