Muchas gracias por la reparación del daño que causó el granizo.en cuanto a eso hicieron excelente trabajo.y ofrezco mis disculpas por estar insistiendo y apresurandolos, pero en cuanto al vidrio de enfrente me quede inconforme porque No lo cambiaron ya que el ajustador de Allstate nos dijo que se iba a reemplazar porque esta corriendo hacia al centro del vidrio una raya causando que se quebré o de repente se estrelle .ellos hicieron la inspección y acordaron que se necesitaba reemplazo les agradecería mucho que me terminaran el trabajo. Si ustedes gustan puedo llevar el carro para que verifiquen lo que les estoy diciendo. De antemano les agradezco su pronta atención en este asunto muchas gracias .

The only comment I would make is that I had to reschedule multiple times. I made appointment to go to the Ralston location and they totally screwed up the appointment so I ended up scheduling with center street who handled everything perfectly

Crash Champions did a great job on my car (and also my husband's previously); my only problem was the length of time it was in the shop for no more damage that was done. When we got the call to pick it up it was right in the middle of rush hour traffic. Which, of course, is not your fault! I had a rental but took it back after 4-5 days so we had to share one car for all our running around. Again, also not your problem, just an irritation.
