The only complaint was the text message we received that said it wouldn't be ready for another week after they had already told us it would be ready a week earlier. The problem was there wasn't any explanation as to why it would be a week later. We had to call them to find out.

I was told my car was completed on Friday. I advised I would pick up Monday at 11. I arrived and my car was not finished. They were still adding the pin stripping to the vehicle. The front plate was not installed. The vehicle also had white speckles splattered all over the side of the car presumed to be from the clay bar. I was not expecting my car to be cleaned, however, they told me Friday it was being detailed so I was surprised to pick it up and it was dirty still including bugs and tar from the road.
