Other than the section that insurance failed to mention in which employee Donte fixed most of the issue for us. Donte was very professional and friendly and the work was done very well. I appreciate the fast service and keeping me notified on the status.of completion. I would definitely refer anyone to Crash Champions who wants quick quality and friendly service. Michael was very professional, and customer service focused on my repairs. From the time I entered the facility, he made me feel welcomed, relaxed, and not someone who only wanted to make a sale. He not only made accommodations for me to get home and back to retrieve my car, but utilized one of his car porters who was just as professional as Michael. I highly recommend Crash Champions and their outstanding team, primarily Michael, as your final destination for body shop repairs.
