The actual repair work was great. However the time it took to complete work, lack of communication and misinformation was unacceptable snd disappointing. I have used this business in the past for work and personal. Also referred many friends. I am not sure what happened or changed with this business but most likely will not use again or refer anyone.

My truck was in the shop for 5 weeks when I was told a week, maybe a week and a half. There was no follow up with the insurance company for two weeks until I stepped in and pressed for approval of the second estimate. Follow through was poor
