I don’t need to be contacted. I just wasn’t happy with the constant pushback of the completion date. I did appreciate the text messages letting me know, but there was no reasoning provided as to why it was consistently getting pushed back. When I dropped it off, I was told it was about as easy a fix as it gets because the door panel popped off, the new one popped on, and it got painted. Yet, it took more than three weeks for that to occur, during which time I was also incurring out-of-pocket expenses on a rental vehicle. But everyone with whom I dealt at Crash Champions was kind and professional. Very respectful, which is appreciated.
