Very disappointed with my experience at Crash Champions. My van was taken there after an accident, and when I got it back it had multiple serious issues that were not present before—transmission problems, broken motor and transmission mounts, and even fluid issues. None of this was documented or communicated to me. Instead, I was basically left to figure it out on my own after the fact, which is extremely frustrating considering the condition my vehicle was in before the repair. I trusted them to properly assess and handle everything related to the damage, but that clearly didn’t happen.
