My car is pulling to the right and my steering wheel is off centered to the left. The morning of my car being wrecked into I got my tires rotated, an alignment and oil change. I was not experiencing any issues prior to my car being wrecked into. Also, my rear windshield is very cloudy and has bubbles that have appeared since my car was at your shop. Today, I cleaned it with cleaner and paper towels and each paper towel I used went completely black from dirt. My rear windshield is still very cloudy / foggy to the point it is hazardous to my safety. There are also numerous bubbles. I will be contacting you soon to fix these issues. Thank you .
