My right tail light is cracked , which is not shown in the existing damage report or dropoff photo (even when magnified). An additional photo was provided in a different lighting without any indication of the date it was taken that showed a crack. Accordingly, no resolution was offered. The shop also drove my vehicle 15 miles to get an alignment which did not include proper inflation of my tires or return of my valve stem caps apparently. Used 1/4 tank of gas in the process without offering a courtesy fuel replacement. No detail was provider as advertised on the website.

Shop broke my tail light and lied about it. Also installed an ill fitting or misaligned hood and every time I turn right my hood warning goes off. They did not properly inflate my tires and lost all 4 of my original valve stem caps.They replaced 2 with mismatches and left the other 2 uncapped. Did not detail my car. A 10 day repair was extended to 6 weeks and was not only improperly completed but included additional damage.

The office was very nice. However, the service advisor insulted my intelligence with his outright lie about my tail light. He claimed that despite remembering to document several minor dings, the shop “totally forgot” to record a fully cracked tail light in the existing damage section of the intake form. He even sent a photo with no crack, then sent a cropped, seemingly edited photo in an unknown environment with no timestamp. The crack is fresh and clean, inconsistent with 6 week old damage.

In past was always a 10 that I would refer to crash champions, this changed my feelings towards them. Hours at a tire shop can/will change that instantly

After waking up to extremely love tire pressure it was brought to my attention that front passenger tire had extremely low 22 psi caused by torn inner wall on tire that allegedly had been inspected. After reaching out to Chrash champions they assured me this would be escalated to dm or rvp to see what can be done about this $217 mistake which it cost me today! Last thing I would've expected to deal with let alone pay for. Very disappointed

I thought up until today that it was great until I was first told it was brand new tire and upon talking with them today, was then told it 2as a refinished tire. Apparently not refinished correctly as I'm $207 in whole less than week after receiving car back from them. Highly disappointed and hope we are able to come to a satisfactory agreement based on this faulty and sh9ddy replacement. I fmdo belive Crash Champions will stand behind their work,,, but only time will tell
