The travelers agent was friendly, however the gentle that try to give me the car the first time was not. He just hand me the keys, he should have walk me out to inspect the car

After 19 days in the shop.. Picked up my car at 9am and around 1:30pm same day there was something from the bottom of my car hanging off. So same day had to reopen the claim to get it fixed and go back to enterprise to rent a car. Went back and the person I dealt with wasn’t there luckily the manager was there to assist

I brought the vehicle in because I had damage on the undercarriage from running over road debris. This caused an odd sound almost as if I were in an echo chamber. I brought the car in and I mentioned this sound as the reason I was bringing it. There appears to be repairs on the undercarriage of the car and it looks much better than when I brought it in, however when I drive it it still sounds like an echo chamber. This is a problem as my intention is to Turo the vehicle
