It’s really sad that Progressive is my company and this accident was not my fault. However Geico has gone above & beyond!!! Everyone I’ve dealt with @ Crash champions Was very courteous and professional and went out of their way to help me. Especially with returning the vehicle I I was very sick and they came and swap the cars out for me. I would highly recommend Crash Champions. Thank you Again Donna

quality of work was excellent; communication is extremely poor. Also, for an unknown reason, the vehicle was operated between 1130pm and 1230am, the last weekend it was in the shop. No explanation could be provided.

failed to keep informed of progress; link provided inaccurate information; too many delays without reasonable explantation (should have known of alleged delay and that completion dates were not feasible). Failed to return phone calls seeking status. Had to make followup calls because the people answering had to get status from another person, who was always unavailable.You get a three only because their was one returned call (otherwise would have been a 1).
