We are very pleased with the repair and the repair team at Crash Champions. The truck looks brand new! The service desk agents were polite and greeted us when we entered building. They were quick and efficient. Emily was amazing. She communicated every day as to the progress of the repair. We couldn鈥檛 be happier with the service we received.

Customer service from Mike was phenomenal. Super attentive and kept me updated through the whole process. Im a little upset with the repairs, cosmetically they came out great but i feel very cheap parts were used. They are just very flimsy and cheap feeling. Also there was a check engine light code when i came in and still one when i left, causing me to have to take it to a dealer for further repairs. I believe anything mechanically wrong with the car was overlooked.

Nothing is perfect but the battery just being placed where it goes was very unprofessional because nothing was put back to bolt it down. Very dangerous
