The worst experience! My car was supposed to be done more than a week ago, my insurance had reached the limit to my car rental so I had to turn that in hoping my car was going to be done the following day and they moved it up another week. Then was told my car would be done this past Tuesday. Had no calls or anything to let me know what was going on. I called over and over again and person who I would talk to was no help. Told me that she would call me next day to arrange a pick up location since she felt bad I had no rental and had to be ubering. Never got a call Wednesday. Thursday comes and I get a text before noon to tell me they would let me know by 3:30 to tell me if it would be ready. I’m at work so I cannot answer calls when I’m with clients. I check my phone after my client and see one missed call and a message 20-30 min before closing that my car was ready, then a text shortly after that my car had been picked up. I’m at work, how can my car be picked up and why didn’t get a call way before closing time to tell me it would be ready so I could arrange how to get my car.

Worst auto place to take your car to. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not update you on your car and will lie to you about the time car will be done or if they find more damages that they have to spend more. All they want is money. Will not recommend to anyone

They missed repairing my front bumper. They have already agreed to fix the area and have ordered the parts. I will change my rating to a 10 as soon as the repair is completed. They have been fantastic, very communicative, and have exceeded my expectations overall. I highly recommend them!

Melissa at the front desk is super sweet!! Thank you for everything. I was very happy with the rental car pick up and drop off. I greatly appreciated the texts that informed me of the progress, the follow up calls, the timely manner in which everything was handled. And thank you to gentleman who walked me around my car and explained what was done. I am so sorry I didn’t remember his name! You are all awesome.
