The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Our interactions with Marilyn and Lauren were very pleasant. Valerie at the call center was extremely helpful with the car rental arrangements. We are satisfied with the body work. We really appreciate the warranty provided for any future issues.

The actual processing of the estimate and dealing with my insurance company , was done by Lauren. She did an excellent job communicating with Geico and getting back with me on updated. Lauren conveys her many years of experience when she verbalizes what will need to be repaired. The actual repair was done by Tony. I’ve been in Tampa most of my life and I could not recommend a better paint and body man then Tony. He knows what he is talking about, he knows what needs to be done, and he does it the right way.
