There were a few hiccups throughout the repair process and completion date was pushed back multiple times. Wish it was ready on time but your team did a great job of keeping me updated and explained in detail why the delays were occurring. Even though it took longer than expected really appreciated the crash champions team making sure the job was done right! When we did experience challenges the team was responsive and remedied the situation as quickly as possible. Jason was great to work with and provided a great customer experience, which isn’t always easy when you have multiple challenges to overcome.
