I had no issues with Jason or his service. My complaint has to do with the automated system. I received a text stating my car was ready, called because I never heard from anyone, only to find out that my car wasn't ready. We discussed pick up day and time only to be told a day later that whoever I spoke to misspoke and Saturdays are not good days for pick up. It was a little frustrating when you are trying to arrange people to take you.

Appreciated the text updates. My one question by phone was answered quickly. The repairs look good and I appreciate the car being washed because it needed it badly when I brought it in.
