I booked an apt 3 weeks in advance. Dropped the car Monday. I was told 5-7 days to repair. Day 4, i called for status. The vehicle had not be inspected. Day 5, was called and said the part was just ordered and they needed the vehicle for another 2 weeks. That is 3 weeks for a bumper. I asked to pick up the vehicle until the part was received. I was accommodated. The front desk girl was extremely rude. My 9yo agreed. The next week, the manager fixed the vehicle in one day. I was very happy with his correction.
