No Way, I am recommending any one here. I thought it was nearer and the it was Pan American but the experience and work is not the same. SO, NO WAY. I will travel more distance to get this kind of work done.

Though the Crash Champions took a lot of time to fix the vehicle citing availability of parts, the work was not done to snuff. The changes that were done were costly and replaced but the fitment is not there to anybody's liking. Even the new parts fitted does not align with the body and also one can see the difference between old and new and so much gaps which make it obvious that the person or team working on them are novices.

The CS person was helpful and explained me the process and the timelines but it is sure the technicians is something this company needs to improve. Upon final inspection, I listed out the problems and the person mentioned I can bring it back, but I don't have time to go thru the whole process of renting a car, dropping of this vehicle and waiting for a few more days to hope this gets fixed. I need to be back on a job and hope this gets fixed in the earliest which never happened and I don't have the luxury to put more time here to fix the MISTAKES of other technicians who work here.

The detailed workmanship is 1st rate. What was equally as good is the front office staff. Iliana took all of the time needed to go thoroughly explain each and every item that was replaced or repaired, and explained abbreviations and other items on the repair bill. She is the complete professional and a wonderful representative of your company!

Very satisfied. I also liked the fact that as a State Farm preferred repair shop, I did not have to worry that I would be in the middle of any conflict of what is or is not needed to get the job done; any conflicts would be resolved between State Farm and the shop. This allowed me to concentrate on my health issues (cancer), without any unwanted distractions. I appreciated very much. much.
