The car came out beautifully! The service was great from the start, escorting me to enterprise rent a car after I dropped my car off. I worked with Brenda, who guided me through the process, providing estimates, updates on interactions with the insurance company, provided information about my car rental and showed me the details of the costs and the work that was done on the car. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with the outcome!

I worked with Brenda Castillo and she did an excellent job coordinating between Crash Champions, Enterprise rental Cars, Mercury Insurance, and West Coast Appraisers. She kept me updated on where we were in the overall process and was able to answer my questions when I asked. She made the whole process very convenient, especially handling the car rental. I think she did an excellent job managing all of these entities.

Was totally satisfied with the repairs made on my vehicle,it being my first experience with company,however with all of the uncertainties regarding the total completion dates was at times somewhat stressful, but grateful it all worked out in a timely manner & I'm happy glad & will recommend to others...
