Communication was good except the fact that one day that I did call in and ask for certain person they said no that person is out of the office but then no one asked. Could someone else help you it was just silence and I had to push the question. Also, I was not told that they would not be open on Friday before the July 4

Being new to the area, I was uncertain where to take my car when it was damaged. My experience at Crash Champions was as pleasant as an experience at a body shop could be. Everyone was very nice and helpful, they kept me informed along the way and the work done is excellent. And it was even completed a day early! Thanks for a great experience.
