I would recommend this shop for the friendliness of the staff, and the timely manner the repairs we completed. But, I would be hesitant, because of the lack of a TOTAL top and bottom inspection of my vehicle.

Well, I received my vehicle, once the repairs were completed. The next day, I took my vehicle to a garage for front brakes repairs. While at the garage, the mechanic noticed that my vehicle's tire rods were damaged from the collision. The mechanic also stated, that, my vehicle couldn't have been FULLY inspected, and the tire rods damage not noticed. So, now I'm without a vehicle, and, missing days away from work.

They would have had a 10 had the scratch protector been put on at the proper time. I wouldn’t have minded coming back for that. But because of the lack of communication, I had to drive the extra half our there and then back home again, just to be told, “sorry, you’ll have to come back again”.

They’re not done yet. They put the scratch protector on the back bumper before the paint had totally cured and it’s bubbling. They have ordered a new one and will remove the old one and replace it with the new in a couple more weeks.

Madison was ‘pushy’ on her non-drivable assessment even after I told her that the car door seals had been breached already for 2 weeks and that any past or future rain was not an issue with me.
