The overall experience was one of professionalism and courtesy explaining each step along the way. There was one miscommunication at the end but the attitude of courtesy and willingness to straighten it out far out weighed amy awkwardness. Rhe quality of the repair was superior to past experiences with other shops.

The back bumper was not fixed 100% because the insurance company did not believe all of the damage was due to the accident. All of the damage was due to the accident which means that you did not do your job. I will not recommend or use you agsin. I am extremely upset.
