Vehicle was not ready for pick up after 3 weeks of repairs. They didn’t fix ‘head light malfunction, pre-collision malfunction and front camera malfunction’ after they took off the front bumper. All this were issues showing on car’s dashboard. Then they didn’t align the front bumper correctly. I had to leave the car behind again for repair and take a uber home. Now i am using a rental car.

My car was not left in the best condition after I picked it up. My driver’s seat was dirty, my rearview mirror was not reassembled correctly after a windshield repair. The interior of the windshield was smudged in various places.

For the most part, everything else was wonderful, but they forgot to connect the negative terminal on my battery. When I tried to start my car, and nothing lit up, I looked under the hood and jiggled the cable and it worked. Fixed it when I got home.

I had 3 previous cars worked on with Crash Champions when at their old location. Seems quality has dropped a little since moving.

The replaced roof rack covers were cracked when I picked up the car, these pieces were fine when I dropped it off. Also, the driver side brake lights are dead after repairs. I was told they’d fix the brake lights, but still a chore to have to bring it back.

First of all let me just tell you how absolutely amazing their customer service is! They were so eager to help and very accommodating to all my needs. I would most def recommend them to anyone. The part that they replaced inside the car was the wrong part. It takes a long time to get parts. I have spoken to my representative about these things and he said he would contact. Me when the right part comes in. Other then that I am satisfied.
