Several delays. I explained I had a flight booked on Monday January 5th. Told the truck only needed an alignment for a week. Promised it would be complete Friday Jan.2nd. That didn’t happen and I had to cancel my flight. Last minute rebook cost $400 extra for two. Not happy! Get the truck back with the spare tire in the bed of the truck and jack parts in the cab.

Everyone was very nice and I appreciated the text updates. I was a little disappointed at how long it took and how much longer it took than originally stated (quoted at 7-14 days and took 3 1/2 weeks), but other than that, everything was great.
