They were very polite when I called to schedule the appointment and drop off my car for repairs. The estimate stated that my car would take 10 days to be repaired, but more than 15 days went by, and I didn't receive a single phone call explaining what had happened or why they were taking longer than originally stipulated.

I got hit by someone and the insurance company sent me to Champion I’m not gonna lie , because the comments and reviews I was afraid but also I consider very much their old ,it’s a possibility they have new employees right??? I am very happy with the results. It doesn't appear that my car was in an accident. The time the technician took to ensure that passenger's side looks as brand new as the driver side is very much appreciated. Wayne also went above and beyond by completely removing the dent in my front license plate. I am very grateful for the time and effort that was clearly given to my Lexus. THANK YOU
