We were happy with the drop off and pickup and appreciated how clean the car (inside and out) was when we picked it up. We didn’t get updates on the car until we called 12 days after drop off, but then got regular text messages after that with updates and a time estimate.

From start to finish it was an amazing experience! The friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff was incredible!! No one ever wants to be in a car collision , but Crash Champions made the entire process smooth and stress free. I always knew what was taking place and at what stage of the repair process the crew was at. Any time I had a question I called and it was answered immediately. Thanks to all of the wonderful people at Crash Champions of West Haven CT!! My car looks brand new and in a short period of time!! Hood not lined up properly, they got the car done way before it was supposed to be done, much appreciated, but it was not what I expected. I will probably straighten it out myself. To avoid frustration on everyone's part.

My estimated time of completion was 2-3 weeks. They took 8 weeks and changed completion dates repeatedly. I would never bring my vehicle back to this business.
