The service was excellent. I was very satisfied with the workmanship but more satisfied with the courtesy and Focus on customer satisfaction. I don't often get my car repaired and don't have much experience to compare with but this was clearly a job well done.

I liked the quality of work. If I were to recommend them to a friend, I would warn them about the possibility of not getting the vehicle back by the commitment date. Be prepared to drive your rental for the max time allowed by your policy

The customer service itself was very good. Staff was courteous and answered any questions I had. My main service complaint was time of repair. My truck was in the shop almost a month and I had been told repairs would be two weeks. The vehicle was Drive able the entire time

When I brought the car in I was rold the repairs would take 7=10 days. It took almost one month. ::Lasty when I brought it in my sirius radio worked perfectly and when I picked it up. I don't believe in coincidences and since you worked on the rear end I can only conclude it happened there. When I came back to wxplain, no one would even offer to look at it. I took it to the dealer and they will fix it and if it is not under warranty I would expect the shop to reimburse me the cost.
