Crash Champions did an amazing job on my car which had extensive hail damage. My service advisor, Christian, kept my updated on every stage of the repair work. My car looked showroom ready when I picked it up. I highly recommend Crash Champions. They do exceptional work and have great customer service!

Someone or multiple people from Crash Champions broke my roof handle. The front passenger, top roof handle is BROKEN or the spring inside is STRESSED TO THE FULL MAX from someone using or hanging from it while working on the Porsche Cayenne. I’m sadden and confused how someone missed this Broken Part. I went to pick up the Porsche Cayenne after hours but didn’t drive it off your property. I left the vehicle there at Crash Champions. I left the vehicle in your video cameras to have proof I didn’t drive it off your property. I didn’t drive the vehicle away because I’m not happy with the work done. I do have a question about the paint job that was done. I have pictures and videos on how the part is broken after Crash Champions finished painting my roof piece. You can clearly see someone or multiple people was hanging from the inside roof handle to hold their body weight while working on my vehicle. After the paint job was done. You can clearly see the part is broken. The other 3 roof handles do not look like this broken part. It’s common sense you do not use the inside roof handle to hold your full body weight because that part will BREAK. You only use that handle while you are sitting inside the seat during dangerous situations. 95% of a body is sitting down on the seat. You DO NOT put your 90 to 100 % weight on the roof handle to hold your body while working on my Porsche Cayenne Roof while painting it or dismounting or mounting parts on the vehicle. I’m a professional stuntman and I know if I put my full body weight on this part while hanging out the window for movies it will break and I will fall out of the window while the vehicle is moving. Now I have to wait another 10 days to get my Porsche Cayenne back. I’m very shocked and saddened I have to wait longer. Not happy… Chance

I am super happy and satisfied with my service at crash champions. This is my second time seeing them and Christian always gets things done! My insurance company really was doing me a disservice but Christian handled the situation with care and persistence. I will always go to crash champions for my repairs. Amazing staff!
