My Crash Champions experience was way beyond a job well done! It was superb from beginning to end! Everyone was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable, the service was excellent, and my car looked brand new when the work was completed - including the cleaning that was even done, as well as the exceptional body work! I was surprised at how quickly I was told the work would be completed, and much to my delight, all work was completed a day earlier than the estimated finish date! I was even entertained by a singing assessor who also had a great sense of humor! My experience was fabulous in every way, so on a score of 1 to 10, I would have to give Crash Champions a 100 - I was sincerely that pleased!! Thank you so much to all who were a part of my incredible transaction! I would highly recommend this well run business!

10 is not a high enough number to assign for the quality of service, the work that was completed, and the time frame of completion I received from Crash Champions - as well as the insurance adjuster, Kyle White! I know of no one who doesn’t absolutely hate going through the ordeal of dealing with a car issue that involves insurance and a body shop! Both made it seem like a pleasant business transaction rather than an ordeal, and I thank both Travelers and Crash Champions for making it so! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give both a 100!!

Again, a 10 isn’t adequate! The customer service was beyond “completely satisfied”!!! The receptionist was so pleasant, and so was the gentleman who took care of the estimate and paperwork! He even entertained me while the paperwork was completed with song and witty commentary!! The entire process was pleasant from beginning to end!!

Service was fantastic! Libby kept us in the loop and felt like we were never in the dark. As soon as we talked to insurance company they called us right away. Only issue is the turn signal is making a double clicking sound and we are not sure if this was a result of accident or not.

We have had two issues since we picked up the car and were noticed immediately. Our blinker was not working so we took it to a local mechanic who said that your team forgot to plug both the headlight and fog light back in. We already sent the invoice to your team. Also the plastic strip covering that is next to passenger side window was not put on properly. As soon as we took it on the highway it started becoming unattached due to the high wind and eventually just was pulled off the car. We are not sure if there were any other things that were missed as well. I don’t know how the inspection was passed, because that was what we were told would happen before the car was handed Back to us.
