The delivery date kept shifting. It started off being 2/18 and was only delivered a week later. Also, and more importantly. I was never presented an estimate prior to the commencement of work. This is not the first time I’ve raised this issue in person at the shop. I hope none of my cars ever get into a crash again. If that happens, this provider will NEVER be contemplated.
