I recently had my car repaired through a USAA insurance claim at Crash Champions, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The entire process was absolutely MINT. When I put in a car claim I never expected it to be so easy and stress-free, and definitely didn't think I would have so much fun interacting with the staff. Tim was thorough, patient, and incredibly professional with the estimate. He took the time to go over it with me multiple times to ensure I understood everything, which I really appreciated. Sandy in the front office was amazing. She seamlessly coordinated everything with Enterprise, kept me proactively updated throughout the entire process, and was easy and fun to interact with. The Repair Quality: My Jeep looks absolutely perfect. They replaced the entire bumper, fixed the light, and the paint job is flawless. Honestly, they were so great. Exceptional customer service and top-tier repair. Highly Recommend!
