He handled the repairs to my car with professionalism, care, and excellent communication from beginning to end. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! I was also out of town dealing with a family situation during the repair process, and Arturo went above and beyond to accommodate my very hectic schedule. He was incredibly patient, understanding, flexible, and helpful, which made an already stressful situation so much easier for me. It’s rare to find this level of customer service. Arturo truly made me feel like my time and circumstances mattered, while also making sure my car was taken care of beautifully. I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and would absolutely recommend Arturo and Crash Champions to anyone needing auto body repairs. Little to NO communication, incompetent leadership and management! I would never bring another vehicle into your company ever again! And I will tell everyone that will listen to never trust your company. I called and emailed corporate and still got no response. Again just proving that the incompetence goes all the way to the top!
