I have never met a more professional and cohesive car repair organization! My car accident really upended my life, being a full time nursing student. While I was without my personal vehicle for a full month, there never was a break in my rental agreement and I was kept On the road and able to tEnd to my busy life in academics. I was even more pleased in receiving my car back as it looked brand new! Thank you Mike, Patti, and Albert of the Jackson Ca. location for relieving my stress And discomfort in this process! I was told 3 times my car would be done but each time it wasn’t. After a month, I picked up my car and while inspecting I found two runs in the clear coat and a missing logo on the repaired wheel

I had zero communication for the first 2 weeks so I stopped by the shop and I was told my car was in paint and that it would be done at the latest in 3 days which did not happen. I was told on that Friday that it would be done by the following Wednesday which did not happen. I was then told it would be done at the end of the next week, at 3 oclock on the that Friday I was told they were just finishing up the last details and then I could pick it up so I called my wife so she could leave work early to pick up the car. At 4 oclock Michael called me up and said things were going slow so I was just going to have to wait until Monday, I explained to him that he had just promised me a hour earlier that it was going to be done and my wife just left work early to pick me up at the car rental agency so that we could return our rental, and he simply said it wasn’t going to happen and I had to wait until Monday. I told him I really needed to get my car and then he got angry and hung up on me.

terrible customer service on letting me know wats going on with my car then i got my car back not done and had to go back 2 different times to have it fixed after i paid
