Just absolutely remarkable the whole experience was!! I had to keep myself informed the whole time throughout the process. I had was mis informed time after time and than when asked about the misinformation there was defensive tone...It was excuse after excuse and just a sad ridiculous poor customer service experience that something I hope no one has to go through! I hope there is some focus on the customer service here....now I am out $835.50! So absolutely amazing that I had to endure this after my car was stolen on Christmas eve and was there at this place to be repaired! Don't go here if you want to pay out of your pocket and do their job for them!!
