We still don't have our vehicle back and it's been over a month. Not to mention they recieved payment because we were picking up the that day. It wasn't even at the shop to pick up..

Very nice work. My reason for the 9 instead of 10 is due to the 3 canceled pick up dates. 16 days fell short of the 7 to 11 days for completion. I live 25 miles away. Three sets of friends stood up to be told the date was changed. Staff was nice and Samuel was trying to shine.

Maybe a slight 10 minus the backup light bulbs/holder were not re-installed or fell off. Saw them dangling when I got home and re-installed them.

This is a 10++. Went out of way to get me scheduled and repaired in time for a car show I was registered for. To add another ++ they did a great job of detailing it after the work - no need for me to detail it.
